Snow

Author's Note:
This is a poem that I wrote during the very first snowfall of the 2011-12 winter.

It finally is snowing
It is such a pretty sight
I couldn't ask for any more
If I prayed with all my might

It creates a soft, white blanket
On top of the whole city
To the states that don't get snow
It truly is a pity

You can do so much with it
Like make big snow figures
Though for people who are taller
They will be even bigger!
